Motorola unveiled the Moto E32 in Europe in May with a Unisoc T606 SoC, 90Hz HD+ LCD, 16MP triple camera, and 5,000 mAh battery. Now Motorola's Indian branch has announced it will launch a new Moto E32 in India on October 7 with different specs. Motorola hasn't revealed the pricing of the new Moto E32, but the smartphone's already listed on its official Indian website with its full specs and images, which suggest it's a version of the Moto E22s with a 50MP camera.
The new Motorola Moto E32 is powered by
the Helio G37 SoC and runs Android 12 out of the box. Motorola is promising up
to two years of Android security updates, but it's unclear how many Android
version upgrades it will receive.
The new Moto E32 comes with 4GB RAM and
64GB storage, and it also has a dedicated microSD card slot for storage
expansion up to 1TB. The smartphone packs a 6.5" HD+ 90Hz LCD with a punch
hole for the 8MP selfie camera. Around the back, it has a 50MP primary camera
joined by a 2MP depth unit. The E22s features a 16MP main camera, whereas the
European E32 sports a triple camera setup comprising 16MP primary, 2MP macro,
and 2MP depth units.
The new Moto E32 has a 5,000 mAh battery
under the hood, which draws power through a USB-C port at up to 10W. The rest
of the new Motorola Moto E32's highlights include a 3.5mm headphone jack and a
side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It has a water-repellent design and will be
available in two colors - Cosmic Black and Iceberg Blue. The smartphone will go
on sale in India starting October 7 through Flipkart and leading retail stores.
