The new iQOO Neo7 is the latest midrange gaming phone from the vivo sub-brand to debut in China. It packs a compelling spec list with the flagship-grade MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset alongside a 120Hz AMOLED screen and 120W fast charging while also boasting a 50MP main cam with OIS.
There’s a 6.78-inch AMOLED display up
front with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling
rate. The panel is HDR 10+ certified and covers the DCI-P3 color gamut and
outputs up to 1,500 nits max brightness. The display is powered by an
independent Pro+ display chip that offloads some heavy lifting from the
Dimensity 9000+ SoC.
The camera department is headlined by the
50MP Sony IMX766V main sensor with OIS alongside an 8MP ultrawide module and a
2MP macro cam. Android 13 with OriginOS Ocean covers the software side while
the 5,000 mAh battery supports up to 120W fast charging with the provided
charging brick. A 0-50% charge should take just 9 minutes according to iQOO’s
estimates.
iQOO Neo7 comes in black, blue and orange
colors and starts at CNY 2,699 (US$ 373) for the 8/128GB trim. The top-of-the-line
12/512GB model is going for CNY 3,299 (US$ 456). Open sales in China begin on
October 31.
