Earlier rumours revealed that the iPhone SE 4 could feature an iPhone XR or iPhone 11-like design. According to latest renders from the popular leaker Jon Prosser of Front Page Tech, the next iPhone SE will use the same design as the iPhone XR in line with earlier rumours. The renders show the phone in Midnight, Starlight and (PRODUCT) RED.
To remind you, the iPhone SE had a iPhone
5S-like design and the iPhone SE 2 and SE 3 have a similar design as the iPhone
8. Apple is finally moving from the older design with a Touch ID home button to
the new design with a FaceID. Several rumours, including those from MyDrivers
and Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, claim that the phone will include a Touch ID
side button.
Ross Young, an analyst for Display Supply
Chain Consultants (DSCC) recently said that the phone will use a 6.1-inch LCD
screen with a “notch” cutout at the top of the screen. The EU passes
legislation mandating USB-C chargers for mobile devices by 2024, which could
result in the iPhone SE 4 also having a USB-C port.
We should know more details about the
iPhone SE 4 in the coming months.
