Honor Play 6C is the latest budget-oriented device from the brand. It packs a 6.5-inch HD+ resolution display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch for its 5MP selfie cam. The device comes equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480+ chipset alongside 6/8GB RAM and 128GB storage which is expandable via microSD.
The back of the Play 6C houses a 13MP main
camera alongside a 2MP depth sensor and LED flash. Magic UI 5.0 based on
Android 12 covers the software side while the battery is rated at 5,000 mAh and
supports 22.5W fast charging. The phone comes equipped with a fingerprint
scanner embedded in the power button as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Honor Play 6C is available in black,
silver and blue colors starting at CNY 1,099 (US$ 153) for the 6/128GB trim.
There’s an 8/128GB model for CNY 1,299 (US$ 180) and both are already available to
order in China. Global pricing and availability is yet to be detailed.
