Xiaomi Buds 4 Pro succeed last year’s Buds 3T Pro as the top-end wireless earbuds in the maker’s lineup. The core specs include 11mm dynamic drivers, ANC and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. Buds 4 Pro support the SBC/AAC/LHDC 4.0 codecs and 96kHz HD audio output.
There are three microphones on each earbud
including a bone voiceprint sensor for optimal voice pickup. The buds also
support dual device pairing and come with pressure-sensitive stems that allow
the user to control music playback and other functions. Battery life is rated
at 9 hours with ANC off and 38 hours with the charging case. The case and buds
are IP54 water and dust-resistant.
Xiaomi Buds 4 Pro come in black and gold
and retail for CNY 1,099 (US$ 163). Open sales in China are already underway.
Xiaomi has not disclosed any information about a global launch for now.
