Lenovo has further illuminated the Legion VR700 Headset by announcing some of its key features. The Legion VR700 is powered by the Qualcomm XR2 processor and it offers True 4K output. It also supports iQIYI network resources.
The Legion VR700 comes with some decent
features that put it at par with the leading brands in the market. The XR2
processor is the chipset of choice in that regard. The headsets adopt the Y
design of the Lenovo Rescuer series but come with improved performance. In
addition, the video bandwidth of the gadget has undergone tremendous
improvements. It comes with 10 times higher resolution and 11 times faster AI
performance.
The Lenovo Legion VR700 uses a 4K RealRGB
display with a high brush response. The 6DoF interactive system is also
supported for dual 6DoF spatial somatosensory positioning and accuracy. The
device will deliver a better viewing experience for users. It supports iQIYI’s
network resources and adopts the iQUT 2.0 standard.
The pricing details of the Legion VR700
are lacking at this time. However, IQIYI’s Qiyu Dream Pro VR machine with
similar architecture as the VR700 starts at 2,499 yuan (US$ 371).
