A few days ago, OPPO had teased that the company will soon be launching a new color option for the OPPO Reno 8 series smartphones. Today, the company has officially announced a new Iris Purple color option in the Chinese market. The Iris Purple OPPO Reno 8 series smartphones have a textured back panel in a purple color that has wavy stripes covering the entire back panel. This new color option is now available for pre-order in China.
For the pre-order of the new Iris Purple
color option, the OPPO Reno 8 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at 2,439
yuan while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs 2,698 yuan and the 12GB
RAM and 256GB storage model is priced at 2,989 yuan. On the other hand, OPPO
Reno 8 Pro lineup, the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs 3,189 yuan while
the 12GB RAM and 256GB model is priced at 3,489 yuan.
Prior to the launch of the Iris Purple
color option, the smartphones were available in three colors option. The Reno 8
was offered in Slightly Drunk, Clear Sky Blue, and Night Tour Black colors
while the Pro model was available in Micro Drunk, Encounter Blue, and Night
Tour Balck colors.
In addition to the launch of the OPPO Reno
8 series smartphones in this new Iris Purple color option, the company has also
launched a Summar Flower Fairy Purple Gift Box in which OPPO is offering a
perfume blind box for an additional price of 39.9 yuan.
