Marshall just announced three new Bluetooth speakers featuring an updated design and upgraded sound connection technology. Marshall Acton III, Stanmore III, and Woburn III will all feature an improved soundstage, Bluetooth 5.2, and an updated eco-friendly design. These new Marshall speakers are made out of 70 percent recycled plastic and vegan materials.
The improved soundstage comes from the new
Placement Compensation technology. The speakers use this technology to adjust
the EQ profile by sensing adjacent reflecting objects that may alter the sound.
The EQ is then automatically adjusted as needed. The new Marshall speakers have
a 3.5mm audio connection in addition to Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. A Dynamic
Loudness function is also included in the speakers, which delivers a more
balanced output.
In terms of power, the Acton III comes
with a 30W amplifier for the woofer and 2x 15W amps for the tweeters. The
Stanmore III has a bigger 50W amp for the woofer. The Marshall Woburn has HDMI
connectivity as well.
International price:
- Marshall Acton III - USD 279
