Apple held its annual WWDC conference a few hours ago. In addition to the release of new operating systems such as iOS 16 and iPadOS 16, it also launched MacBook Air and MacBook Pro equipped with M2 chips. At the same time, Apple also quietly listed on the official website some accessories. The company now has previously rumored 35W dual Type-C port chargers on its shelves. It is worth mentioning that both chargers come with a 399 yuan (US$ 60) price tag. However, these chargers do not come with charging cables. This means that users will have to buy the charging cables separately.
Apple’s official website describes the two
chargers as follows “Whether at home, in the office, or on the go, this 35W
dual USB-C port small power adapter allows you to easily charge two devices at
the same time. It’s small and exquisite, and the plug can be folded for easy
portability and storage”.
In addition, Apple says “this power
adapter is recommended for use with the MacBook Air. You can also use it to
charge your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods.” In terms of compatibility,
the charger supports iPhone 8/iPhone 8 Plus and above It also supports all
Apple Watch series, iPad mini 5/6, iPad 7/8/9, iPad Air 3/4/5, 11-inch iPad
Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, etc.
