Anker last year announced that it had become the world’s number one digital charging brand, quoting retail sales stats from Euromonitor International. That may not be far from the truth as the company seems to have got accessories to charge all devices (both wired and wireless charging). The Chinese brand has now launched a new solar charging panel dubbed Anker 625 Solar Panel.
Anker 625 Solar Panel is capable of
delivering 100W power a portable device that comes with an adjustable kickstand
and offers a 23% solar energy conversion rate. The Anker 625 Solar Panel can be
carried comfortably using the carrying handle and the device has USB-C and
USB-A ports for direct charging.
Anker says that its 625 Solar Panel can
charge a power station via its XT-60 output even under cloudy conditions. The
Anker 625 Solar Panel comes with short-circuit and overvoltage protection built
into the system. Anker’s proprietary Suncast technology uses smart sunlight
alignment to deliver optimal performance for the gadget. The solar panel can be
used with Anker’s lineup of power stations providing quick charging for the
models.
The USB-C and USB-A ports built into the
Anker 625 deliver charging speeds of 15W and 12W respectively. The two ports can
be used simultaneously while also charging a power station. The solar panel
weighs less than 5kg and it is foldable. It can thus be moved easily and
deployed quickly. The package includes a solar charging cable and XT-60 to
DC7909 connector.
The Anker 625 Solar Panel has dimensions
of 20.7 x 18.5 x 3.4 inches when folded and it costs US$ 329.99 on Amazon. The
Anker 625 Solar Panel is a great camping tool in combination with power
generators. It is globally available on Amazon with separate shipping costs.
