Following the successful launch of the realme Pad Mini with 4G earlier this month, the brand announced a more affordable variant in the Philippines. As a recap, the realme Pad Mini features a mostly metal chassis and a fairly large 8.7-inch LCD screen with WXGA+ 1340 x 720 resolution. This WiFi-only variant features the same 12nm 2.0GHz UNISOC T616 octa-core processor with Mali-G57, 3GB RAM, up to 32GB expandable storage, and a large 6,400mAh battery capacity with USB-C 18W fast charging support.
For cameras, the device highlights an 8MP
f/2.0 shooter at the back and 5MP f/2.2 snapper with face beauty mode at the
front. The only difference between this versus the regular Pad Mini is it has
no 4G LTE connection. But thankfully, it still has WiFi.

The realme Pad Mini WiFi model will be
available nationally for only PHP 8,990. From April 20 to April 22, the tablet
will be offered at a discount of PHP 1,500 as part of a special early-bird
promotion on Lazada, bringing the price down to PHP 7,490.
