Motorola launched the Moto G22 smartphone featuring a MediaTek Helio G37 SoC in India. So far, reports have suggested that the company is also planning to soon launch multiple new devices in India and the global market.
Now, a new MySmartPrice report states that
the upcoming Moto G82 5G smartphone has been spotted on SIRIM in Malaysia and
FCC certification. The device was previously spotted on TDRA, Geekbench, EEC,
and Wi-Fi Alliance databases with XT2225-1 and XT2225-2 model numbers.
The XT2225-1 model number has now been
spotted on SIRIM website confirming the Moto G82 5G moniker. With the same
model, the phone has been spotted on FCC as well. The FCC website reveals the
phone’s dual SIM support, support for NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, and 5G.
The device has also made an appearance on
UL Demko and TUV websites with the same model number. These listings have
revealed that the device has a 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging
capabilities. Apart from that, previous listings have so far revealed that the
5G smartphone will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset under the hood.
The chip will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and the device will run Android
12 out of the box.
