A few days back, we learned that Tecno could soon launch a Spark-series phone with 6GB in India. Now, PassionateGeekz has revealed that this device will be the Tecno Spark 8C and has shared a poster image of the smartphone.
According to the publication, Tecno will
launch the Spark 8C in India for under Rs 8,000(~$107). For that price, the
phone will offer 6GB of RAM which sounds impressive. However, it is said to be
a 3GB + 3GB total RAM support. It means that the phone will only have 3GB of
actual RAM and the other 3GB will be with the help of Tecno Memory Fusion
technology. The phone will take up the additional 3GB virtual RAM from the 64GB
of internal storage.
The other specs of the phone are visible
on the poster. The Spark 8C will come with a 6.6-inch Dot-Notch display with an
HD+ resolution. It will have a 90Hz screen refresh rate and a 13MP dual rear
camera system. The Tecno Spark 8C was launched in markets outside India
recently. It comes with an 8MP selfie shooter and has an AI lens alongside the
13MP main lens at the rear.
The camera supports 1080p video shooting
capability and has HDR and bokeh effects. It packs a 5,000mAh battery and 10W
charging speed. The smartphone comes with NFC support and has UNISOC T606 SoC.
