Now that Samsung has officially disclosed its Galaxy S22 series with devices like the Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, and S22 Ultra it’s time to focus on the budget lineup. For the next few months, we expect the company to unleash a multitude of devices for the various price segments in the market. Apart from Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A73 5G that should be the more interesting smartphones in the lineup, to keep their predecessors’ fame as best-selling devices, we’ll also see a bunch of interesting smartphones. The shreds of evidence point out the release of the Galaxy A23 series, M23 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, and an intriguing Galaxy A22e 5G in the coming months. Today, these devices have been listed online.
Just recently, the Galaxy A33 5G was
spotted on the SDPPI Indonesia certification website along with the Galaxy A53
5G. These devices were also listed recently on official India support pages,
which suggests an imminent launch for both of them. Now, the Samsung Galaxy A23,
Galaxy M23 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, and Galaxy A22e 5G have been listed on the EMVCO
website.
The listing does not reveal much about
these handsets but confirms their respective model numbers. For instance, the
Samsung Galaxy A23 bears the model number SM-A235F. The Samsung Galaxy M23 5G
packs the model number SM-M236B model number. The Galaxy A33 5G has an SM-A336B
model number. The Galaxy A22e packs model number “SC-56B”. Interestingly, the
listing suggests a wide array of 5G smartphones this time around. However, the
Galaxy A23 is still a 4G smartphone. Anyway, that does not mean that Samsung
will not bring a 5G variant. After all, the Galaxy A22 5G exists and will get a
sequel, for sure.
Unfortunately, the listing does not bring
deep details about these devices’ specifications. Anyway, it serves to show us
that Samsung is working to bring them pretty soon. So far, the Galaxy A33 5G
and the Galaxy A53 5G had a few of their details confirmed. The Galaxy A33 5G
will bring a MediaTek Dimensity processor, probably the Dimensity 810. The
Galaxy A53 5G, on the other hand, will push Samsung’s Exynos lineup forward
bringing an Exynos 1200 SoC. Both devices will come with Android 12 straight
out of the box. We could see the brand new One UI 4.1 running on them.
We expect more details to keep popping out
in the coming weeks revealing more about the Galaxy A23 and its comrades.
