Poco M4 Pro 5G

The Poco M4 Pro 5G unveiled in November debuted today in India. It comes in Poco Yellow, Power Black, and Cool Blue colors and has three memory options - 4GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB, priced at INR 14,999 (US$ 200/€ 175), INR 16,999 (US$ 225/€ 200), and INR 18,999 (US$ 250/€ 220), respectively. You can buy one from Flipkart starting February 22, 2022.

The Poco M4 Pro 5G is built around a 6.6" FullHD+ 90Hz LCD, which is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and has a punch hole in the center for the 16MP selfie camera. Around the back, we have a camera island that reminds us of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. However, it only houses two cameras - a 50MP primary unit and an 8MP ultrawide unit.

The Poco M4 Pro 5G has the Dimensity 810 SoC at the helm and runs Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 out of the box. It supports virtual RAM expansion up to 3GB, and you also have the option to expand the storage up to 1TB using a microSD card. The rest of the Poco M4 Pro 5G's highlights include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, USB-C, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W charging support, advertised to go from flat to 100% in under an hour.

All this may sound familiar to you because the Poco M4 Pro 5G is a version of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11T 5G launched in India last November starting at INR 16,999 (US$ 225/€ 200).
