TECNO recently introduced a new budget smartphone called SPARK Go 2022. Available in a pretty unique 3D curved design Turquoise Cyan colorway with IPX2 water splash resistance, the handset is boasting a 6.52-inch LCD display with a 120Hz touch sampling rate and HD+ 1600 x 720 resolution at 269 ppi. It also has a waterdrop-like notch housing the 8MP selfie camera (for selfies and face unlocking) with a front-facing LED flash.
Inside, it is equipped with a 2.0GHz 12nm
MediaTek Helio A20 quad-core processor with PowerVR GE8300 GPU paired with 2GB
RAM and 32GB expandable storage via microSD card slot. Powering the device is a
pretty large 5,000mAh battery capacity with up to 29 hours of talk time on a
single charge via micro USB. For cameras, it is using a 13MP f/1.8 main shooter
paired with an AI lens.
The device also has a fingerprint sensor
at the back, 3.5mm headphone jack slot, DTS stereo sound effect, WiFi, 4G LTE,
Bluetooth, GPS, and dual SIM slots. The handset runs on Android 11 (Go edition)
with HiOS 7.6 skin on top. It also has the
SoPlay 2.0 feature allowing users to create their own music tracks for
playing back. There is also a pre-installed HiParty app to enable users to play
the music they created across multiple devices.
