Tecno’s Spark 8 Pro was quietly announced earlier today as expected and it brings a large 6.8-inch screen with MediaTek’s midrange Helio G85 chipset and a decently sized 5,000mAh battery. Spark 8 Pro’s display outputs FHD+ resolution and comes with a punch-hole cutout for its 8MP selfie cam.
The back features a ridged design and
triple camera setup with a 48MP primary camera next to a 2MP depth cam and a
third unspecified module. The phone also houses a side-mounted fingerprint
scanner and comes with a headphone jack and 33W charging. The software side is
covered by Android 11 with Tecno’s HiOS 7.6 on top
Tecno Spark 8 Pro comes in Komodo Island,
Turquoise Cyan, Winsor Violet and Interstellar Black. Pricing in India for the
6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant starts at INR 10,599 (US$ 142). Open sales start
on January 4.
