LG announced two new monitors designed specifically for creative professionals and programmers namely the UltraFine and DualUp monitors.
Both monitors will debut on CES 2022.
First up, the LG DualUp display monitor is for people who love multitasking and
big-screen space. It is a 27.6-inch display with a 2560 x 2880 Square Double
QHD resolution with a vertical split view function. It is a Nano IPS panel with
a 16:18 aspect ratio, 98 percent coverage of DCI-P3 color gamut, 300 nits peak
brightness, and 1000:1 contrast ratio.
It also supports HDR10, 5ms response time,
and a three-sided borderless design. It also has a 2md-gen Ergo stand that can
securely clamp to your desk. It also features 2x HDMI ports, 1x DisplayPort,
and 3x USB ports. Lastly, it has 2x 7W MaxxAudio stereo speakers, onscreen
controls, and auto-brightness features.
On the other hand, the LG UltraFine is a
32-inch Nano IPS Black display with 3840 x 2160 4K UHD resolution. It also
offers 98 percent DCI-P3 coverage, a 2000:1 contrast ratio, 16:9 aspect ratio,
400 nits peak brightness, Display HDR400 support, and a 5ms response time.
Other features also include Color Auto
Configuration, AMD FreeSync support, three-side borderless design, 2x 5W
MaxxAudio stereo speakers. For ports, it has 2x HDMI ports, 1x DisplayPort, and
3x USB ports. Price and availability will be revealed during CES 2022. We will
