Redmi announced the Redmi Note 11 series of smartphones last month in China. Apart from launching the Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro, and Note 11 Pro+ smartphones, the company also unveiled the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ YIBO Design limited-edition phone. The handset is now listed on JD.com and go on sale from Nov. 11 in China.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ YIBO Design limited
edition comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It is priced at 2,699
Yuan (US$ 422). The regular Note 11 Pro+ with the same amount of RAM and storage
is priced at Rs 2,299 Yuan (US$ 359). The two major attractions of Note 11 Pro+
YIBO Design is its processor and design. It is the first phone to feature the
Dimensity 920, which was announced in August. The Note 11 Pro and the regular
Note 11 Pro+ also features the same chip.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ YIBO Design has a
green-colored glass back. The company has imprinted the Redmi logo with the
world’s first holographic levitation process. This allows the Redmi logo to
flaunt a 3D floating look. Lastly, it also features the signature of Redmi
brand spokesperson Wang Yibo.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ YIBO Design has a
6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display, MIUI 12.5 based Android 11, a 16-megapixel
front camera, and 108-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel
triple camera unit. The Dimensity 920 chipset is coupled with LPDDR4x RAM and
UFS 2.2 storage. It has a 4,500mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
Lastly, it features a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
