Today, the upcoming Realme Smart TV 4K had its key specs details and pricing info leaked. So if you’re a fan of smart TVs let’s dive into the specs of Realme’s new contender in the segment.
According to Debayan Roy from Gadgetsdata,
who has partnered with Realmetimes for his new leak, the new Realme Smart TV 4K
Will be available in two sizes – 43-inch and 50-inch. This hardly a surprise
since earlier reports were suggesting such sizes. Moreover, the company teased
the smaller size back in April. Both displays will have the exact same set of
specifications. These televisions will sport a 4K display which should be
LED-backlit LCD. They will feature 1.07 billion colors, Dolby Vision, and a
178-degrees viewing angle.
The new Realme TVs will come with a
MediaTek SoC probably developed for this kind of product. Unfortunately, there
is no information regarding the amount of RAM and Internal Storage. Hopefully,
the new TV will differentiate from some models in the market that still come with
lackluster storage amounts. As far as software is concerned, Realme will stick
with Android TV 10. It will offer support for trending streaming applications
such as YouTube, Twitch, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, and even India-centric
services. We also expect seamless support for Google Chromecast and Google
Assistant.
When it comes to connectivity and ports,
the televisions will come with dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 3 x HDMI, 2 x
USB, 1 x AV, tuner, and Ethernet. Lastly, for audio, the TVs will feature 24W
quad-stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD. The Realme Smart
TV 4K with 43-inches will have a price tag between INR 28,000 (US$ 386) and INR
30,000 (US$ 414). The panel with a 50-inch diagonal will have a price tag between
INR 33,000 and INR 35,000 (US$ 455 to US$ 483).
