Transsion brand itel has launched itel A23 Pro as its most affordable 4G smartphone in India right now. The handset is priced at ₹ 4,999 (US$ 69). But due to a strategic partnership with Reliance Jio (the largest carrier in the country), customers can buy this phone for only ₹ 3,899 (US$ 54). The device will be available for purchase starting June 1 from Reliance Digital retail stores and website, MyJio retail stores, and over 2 lakh partner retail stores.
The newly launched itel A23 Pro is an
entry-level 4G smartphone. This device is targeted at first-time smartphone
buyers and tier 3 as well as below markets. Hence, the specifications of this
handset are nothing to write home about. The itel A23 Pro flaunts a 5-inch LCD
panel with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and 196 PPI. The phone is powered
by a UNISOC SC9832E chipset coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage.
The device has a single 2MP rear camera
and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the handset
supports dual-SIM, 4G, single-band WiFi, and Bluetooth 4.2. Being an

Android 10 Go Edition.
Lastly, the itel A23 Pro is backed by a
