Carl Pei, the founder of consumer electronics startup “Nothing” already confirmed that wireless headset will be the company’s first product. Today he has confirmed that Ear 1 will be the name of the product. He said that Ear 1 is only the beginning, the first step in a long and exciting journey ahead.
He said that the design of Ear 1 is still
top secret, but he has confirmed that it will combine notes of transparency,
iconic form, and refined functionality. “It is the starting point that will
define the artistry, confidence and craftsmanship that will carry our products
and services for years to come,” he said in a statement and added that.
He said that as an area of hyper growth,
the earphones market will provide a fertile backdrop as the company will
strengthen its capabilities and prepare to enter new product categories.
