On its part, the Vive Pro 2 also features a revamped 5K screen and 120Hz refresh rate. It is a highly comfortable headset and will cost US$ 749 on its own and US$ 1,399 with the SteamVR base stations and Vive controllers. The Vive Pro 2 also has an expansive 120-degree field of view, by deploying a stacked dual-lens system.
Pre-orders for the Vive Pro 2 standalone
model have kicked off and the full VR kit will be available on June 4th for US$ 1,399. The Vive Focus 3 will be sold for US$ 1,300 and arrives June 27th.
