That phone will be called the Cool 20. Coolpad rejects plastic builds that are quick to scratch up and promises a more premium and durable glass sandwich design (presumably with a metal frame in between, though it doesn’t specify).
And as you can see from the image, the Coolpad Cool 20 will have a dual camera with a 48 MP main sensor. The AI-powered image processing will be developed by ArcSoft, which is important enough to add a permanent label on the back, apparently.
Additional images on Coolpad’s Weibo page offer a glimpse at the front of the device, which reveals a teardrop notch for the selfie camera. Previously the company has used punch holes and pop-up cameras, but not this time.
The phone will be available in three color options.
