According to the report, ASUS will bring its premium gaming laptop on May 12. Of course, this can change in the future due to the second wave of COVID-19 that is ravaging India currently. The laptop will be an ultra-portable device meant for gamers. It will mix gaming hardware with a lightweight portable build. It can be flipped 360 degrees and also offers a touchscreen.
The ROG Flow X13 was released in January,
but so far is taking a long time to reach Time. Let’s hope it really comes this
month. For those that care for specs, the 2-in-1 laptop features a 13-inch
display that draws powers from the latest AMD’s Ryzen 9 5980HS mobile
processor. Clubbed with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 for graphic performance. The
laptop comes with AMD’s high-end chips to ensure excellent performance for
games and the company has made a decent job to keep the thermals under control.
The 13.3-inch touchscreen offers an aspect
ratio of 16:10. It also comes with stylus support. The global variant has a
Full HD resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate with support for adaptive
sync. The Indian model also seems to arrive with the same features. It will be
quite resistant to scratches since it packs Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
According to the Taiwanese company, the
ROG Flow X13 offers up to 18 hours of battery life. Moreover, it can charge
rapidly thanks to a 100W USB Type-C PD charger that brings the laptop from flat
to 60 percent in just 39 minutes. Unfortunately, we don’t have any clues about
the price that ASUS is targeting with this laptop. Of course, as a
premium-oriented laptop, we’re expecting it to be anything but cheap. Anyway,
don’t hold your breath just yet, since ASUS is yet to reveal the launch date of
the laptop officially.
