It appears that vivo has silently launched its newest budget smartphone called Y1s in the Philippines. A Facebook user shared an image of its box as well as the "About phone" of the Y1s showing its key specs. In the comment section, the user shared that it retails for just PHP 4,999. In terms of specs, the handset features a curved back design with gradient Aurora Blue and Olive Black colors. In front, it uses a 6.22-inch display with HD+ 1520 x 720 resolution and a waterdrop-like notch for the 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera.
Under the hood, this is powered by the
2.3GHz 12nm Helio P35 octa-core processor with PowerVR GE8320 paired with 2GB
RAM, 32GB expandable storage, and 4,030mAh battery capacity. The device also
has a 13MP f/2.2 main shooter with LED flash for basic photography.
