Under the Aorus gaming brand, the gaming peripherals maker Gigabyte has revealed 3 new 4K gaming monitors. The gaming monitors will all feature an HDMI 2.1 port, to play games at high refresh rates. There will be a 32-inch, 43-inch, and the biggest one will be the 48-inch variant. All three of them make it ideal for large desks or more likely to be placed on the wall.
The 32-inch has a code of FI32U and while
the 43-inch has FV43U where both of them get a 144Hz refresh rate IPS panels to
pair up with VESA Certified HDR1000. The peripheral maker says that the smaller
monitor has a 0.5ms response time, that makes it one of the fastest response
for 4K monitors.
The 43-inch version offers a 1ms response
time. The biggest of the three has a code of FO48U is the best among the trio
as it also resembles the LG CX 48-inch OLED, which is one of the common choices
for gaming TV. It has a similar OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, as well
as a slew of standard features including HDMI 2.1 inputs.
In addition to the LG TV's features,
Gigabyte can give a Black Equalizer, Aim Stabilizer, ANC, and more
"in-game enhancements". Although the company hasn't released the
official price, there's a possibility that it'll be less expensive because it
won't be having the features of a Smart TV, hence less processing power needed
to run it. Also, the Aorus monitors have a more flamboyant look so it may be
popular for hardcore players.
The official specs are listed on the
website. You can expect that the monitors will have a couple of USB 3.0, a
USB-C, and some HDMI 2.1 ports. It also has a DisplayPort 1.4, and audio jacks.
The monitors also come with two 12W built-in speakers. There's no confirmation
yet regarding the official price and availability but we'll keep you updated as
soon as there's an announcement. Stay tuned for more updates.
