Quite a number of manufacturers have jumped into the smart tag business. Samsung announced its own smart tags earlier this year alongside the Galaxy S21 series. OPPO is also working on its own smart tag but it is yet to launch.
On March 30, ZTE will announce its own
which will launch as the ZTE P3. The attached image shows the smart tag has a
square form factor with a gray/black finish. ZTE says it is light and portable
and has an ultra-long standby time. It also uses a multi-mode high-precision
positioning system for the real-time location of pets and kids. More details
should be revealed at the launch event.
The ZTE K3 is a smart home camera that
will also be unveiled on that day. The camera supports 1080p recording, has a
360° panoramic view, human detection, and infrared night vision. The camera has
a white cylindrical shape with a dome at the top that houses the camera sensor.
