We’ve seen reports of Oppo’s upcoming A74 series which will arrive in both 5G and 4G trims and now the latter has appeared in listing on the Google Play Console. The certification reveals the A74 4G packs a 1080 x 2400-pixel display resolution and is powered by the Snapdragon 662 alongside 6GB RAM. The software front is covered by Android 11 presumably with Oppo’s ColorOS 11.1 on top. The same device with the CPH2219 model number previously appeared in the databases of the FCC, Bureau of Indian Standards, TKDN, Eurasian Economic Commission and the Wi-Fi Alliance.
A few days ago a leaked poster containing
the A74 4G’s key specs which include a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FHD+
resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone also features a
5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The camera department is headlined by
a 48MP primary camera alongside a 2MP macro cam and a 2MP depth helper.
The 5G model will apparently be powered by
the Snapdragon 480 chipset and 6GB RAM alongside a 5,000 mAh battery and
Android 11 with ColorOS 11.
