The Amazfit T-Rex Pro from the house of Huami is in the news since January. Ahead of this rugged smartwatch’s official launch on March 23, it has leaked multiple times revealing almost everything about it, including the price. Now, what’s even more bizarre is that this wearable is already on sale in Poland.
A Polish website going by the name of
Tabletowo reports that the Huami Amazfit T-Rex Pro is being sold in Poland by a
retailer called Allegro. The smartwatch is on sale in the said country, priced
at PLN 749 (US$ 193.25, € 162).
The price of Amazfit T-Rex Pro in Poland
approximately matches the leaked price of €169.90. The wearable is available in
three colors in the region, namely Steel Blue, Desert Grey, and Black. However,
the latter variant is already out of stock.
As far as design and specs are concerned,
the Amazfit T-Rex Pro is identical to the original except for a few changes.
The wearable sports a 1.3-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 360
x 360 pixels, Corning Gorilla Glass protection, and oleophobic coating.
The watch features all the essential
sensors, such as a 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, BioTracker 2 PPG
sensor (proprietary heart rate sensor), compass, and altimeter. Being a rugged
smartwatch targeted at customers into outdoor activities, the wearable is
water-resistant up to ATM and comes with GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo).
The product connects with Android 5.0+ and
iOS 10.0+ devices via Bluetooth 5.0 LE using the Zepp app. It runs a forked
version of RTOS (as found on the company’s other new smartwatches) and is
backed by a 390mAh battery. Last but not least, the Amazfit T-Rex Pro measures
47.7mm x 47.7mm x 13.5 in dimensions (without strap) and weighs 59.4g.
