SKY today launched the Evo Box, a Digibox with Android TV functionalities, built-in OTT apps, and over 190 channels. SKY shared that this device is the best to experience with SKY Fiber Unli Broadband + HD Cable TV plans to allow its users to benefit from SKY Fiber's connection and SKYcable's plethora of television channels.
It can easily transform your regular TV
into a Smart TV or work alongside your current Smart TV. The Evo Box will allow
its users to enjoy access to over 190 SKYcable channels. It also has Android TV
functionalities with over 5,000 applications, Games, OTT, Productivity, voice
Google Assistant, and Chromecast Built-in. The pre-installed built-in OTT apps
include YouTube, Amazon Prime, HBO Go, Spotify, and iWantTFC.
This also has a Bluetooth Remote and
Improved User Interface allows users to easily purchase channels and VAS via
Remote, communicate via Google Assistant using the remote, real-time access to
account and billing details, 4K user interface, connect to the internet
wireless, connect your devices via Bluetooth, built-in Chromecast, connect
other peripheral devices via USB like Storage, Camera, Keyboard, and
Microphone.
It even has the AirConsole support, an
online video game console available via cross-platform consoles with over 160
multiplayer games while using smartphones as gamepads. The Evo Box Digibox
comes with Cable In, AV, HDMI, USB port, SPDIF digital audio output, LAN, and
DC In ports. There is an extra USB port on the left panel and an LED light
indicator on the front panel.
