Huawei MateBook X Pro 2021

A few days ago, there were reports that Huawei is working on two new high-end notebooks. There were also reports that the company will hold a new notebook product launch conference. Now, the latest news is that the Huawei MateBook X Pro is out of stock, however, the next stock will be an upgraded version. The leak claims that the upgrade will be the addition of a new generation processor (11th-gen Intel Core) as well as the low voltage, MX 450 GPU.

Huawei released the MateBook X Pro 2020 in China on April 8, 2020. It uses a 13.9-inch high-definition LTPS low-power display with a 3K resolution. This notebook uses the emerald colour for the first time which Huawei considers as a comprehensive upgrade. One of its selling points is its support for “Multi-screen collaboration”. This device comes with the new 10th-generation Intel Core processor and 16G high-speed memory. The i7-10510U + 16GB + 512GB version comes with a 9,999 yuan (US$ 1,548) launch price.

It is expected that the overall design of MateBook X Pro 2021 will not change, and the internal upgrade will be a powerful combination of the 11th generation Core + MX450. There are multiple versions of MX 450, such as the GDDR5 memory version, the GDDR6 memory version, and others. According to the report, the MateBook X Pro 2021 should adopt the low power consumption version.
