Fujifilm X-E4 ranger finder style mirrorless camera, XF 27 F2.8 R WR pancake lens, and XF 70-300 F4-5.6 R LM OIS WR compact telephoto now official. Alongside the new GFX 100S, Fujifilm also announced the new X-E4, FUJINON XF 27 F2.8 R WR, and the XF 70-300 F4-5.6 R LM OIS.
First up is the new X-E4 rangefinder-style
mirrorless camera. It features a 26.1MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and X-Processor
Pro. At the back is a 1.63M-Dot 180-degree tilting LCD touch screen and on top
of it is the 2.36M-dot OLED viewfinder. It can record up to DCI or UHD 4K video
at up to 30fps in 4:2:2 10-bit via HDMI port. and shoot stills continuously for
up to 30fps with the electronic shutter at 1.25x crop. It can also capture Full
sensor stills at up to 20fps with an electronic shutter and 8fps with a
mechanical shutter.
It comes with 18 of Fujifilm's Film
Simulations including the new Eterna Bleach Bypass. Lastly, it features at only
121 x 73 x 33mm and weighs in at only 364 grams with the battery inside. Inside
the box, the camera comes with the NP-W126S battery that was introduced in the
X-T2 back in 2016. It is rated at up to 380 shots.
Next up is the new XF 27 F2.8 R WR lens is
the much-needed update to Fujifilm's original XF 27mm pancake lens. It now
comes with an Aperture ring and Weather Resistance. This means is that the lens
can now operate at as low as -10 degrees celsius. It weighs in at only 84 grams
and has a filter thread of only 39mm.
Last up is the new XF 70-300 F4-5.6 R LM
OIS compact telephoto lens that is designed to be compact and lightweight with
a broad range of 70 to 300 mm (35mm/Full-Frame equivalent of 107mm to 457mm).
It features Fujifilm's latest AF technology, up to 5.5 stops of OIS, and
Weather resistance. Like the new XF 27 F2.8 R WR, it can operate under extreme
temperatures of -10 degrees celsius. It weighs in at only 580 grams and has a
filter thread of 67mm.

The X-E4 camera will be available for
purchase at the later part of February 2021 while both lenses will be available
for purchase this March 2021 in the Philippines.
