The Amazfit GTR 2e and GTS 2e smartwatches unveiled last month will debut in India this month after the conclusion of CES 2021. The GTR 2e and GTS 2e are affordable versions of the GTR 2 and GTS 2, respectively, which were introduced in September. They retain most of the features of the GTR 2 and GTS 2, but skip Wi-Fi connectivity. However, both wearables make up for it by offering longer battery life.
The GTR 2e and GTS 2e are priced at CNY 799
(US$ 125/€ 100) in China, which translates to around INR 9,000 (US$ 120/€ 100) at
current exchange rates. The GTS 2 and GTR 2 are both sold for INR 12,999
(US$ 180/€ 145) in India (GTR 2 Classic Edition costs INR500 more), so we expect
the 'e' variants to cost not more than INR 10,000 (US$ 135/€ 110) in the country.
