Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy A72 early next year. It will have 4G and 5G versions, bearing model designations SM-A725F and SM-A726B, respectively. Samsung hasn't divulged anything about the A72 yet, but its 4G variant has appeared on Geekbench with key specs. The Galaxy A72 4G runs Android 11, has 8GB RAM onboard, and a Snapdragon 720G SoC at the helm, which is the same chipset that powers the Galaxy A52 4G.
The benchmark database doesn't include any
other specs of the Galaxy A72 4G, but previously leaked renders revealed its 5G
counterpart will pack a 6.7" punch hole display and feature a quad camera
setup, and we expect the same from the 4G model.
The Galaxy A72 5G is expected to be priced
between € 550-600, while the 4G variant is said to cost between € 450-500 and
have at least four color options - Black, Blue, White, and Violet.
