First announced in late October, tech giant Huawei today confirmed that the Huawei X Gentle Monster II will go official in Philippines on December 4. To recap, this is the successor of Huawei X Gentle Monster smart eyewear last year. The new glasses boast a semi-open design with dual speakers for both music and calls.
To achieve this, the device uses a 128 mm
large diaphragm to produce high-quality tunes. It even has two noise-reduction
microphones and has touch-sensitive control (Swipe, Pinch, Tap) to send and
receive calls and/or summon the voice assistant.
It also has a new acoustic system that
minimizes audio leakage, Bluetooth 5.2 protocol support, over 5 hours of music
playback, 42 hours of always connected standby time, and NFC wireless fast
charging support. Its body is made out of high-end titanium alloy elastic
hinges. Also, it uses a customized arch design to provide a snug and more
comfortable fit.
The smart glasses will arrive with a
dual-zipper case as well. In Europe, it is priced at EUR 299.
