Motorola unveiled the Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power earlier this month, which were rumored to launch in India soon. Today the company confirmed that Moto G 5G will debut in India on November 30 at noon local time and will be sold exclusively through Flipkart. However, there's no word from Motorola about the launch of Moto G9 Power in the South Asian country.
The Moto G 5G is powered by the Snapdragon
750G SoC, has up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage onboard, and runs Android
10 out of the box. The 5G smartphone sports a 6.7" FullHD+ LCD, packs a
5,000 mAh battery with 20W charging, and features a rear-mounted fingerprint
reader for biometric authentication.
For photography, the Moto G 5G comes with
a total of four cameras - a 16MP selfie camera on the front and a 48MP primary
camera on the back with an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro units. The Moto G9
Power, on the other hand, has a Snapdragon 662 at the helm and is built around
a 6.8" HD+ screen with a punch hole in the upper-left corner for the 16MP
selfie shooter.
Around the back, it has a fingerprint
scanner keeping company to the triple camera setup comprising a 64MP main, 2MP
depth and 2MP macro units. Fueling the entire package is a 6,000 mAh battery
that draws power through a USB-C port at up to 20W.
