Last week, an Honor phone with model number HJC-AN00 / HJC-TN00 was approved by the TENAA authority. The certification listed the entire specs of the phone, but the images were not revealed. The TENAA listing revealed that it will be a rebranded version of the Huawei Nova 8 SE that went official earlier this month in China. The TENAA listing of the HJC-AN00 / TN00 Honor phone is now updated with its images. The rear image reveals that its rear camera setup is not identical to the Nova 8 SE.
The Honor HJC-AN00 / TN00 has a 6.53-inch
AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is
likely to support a high refresh rate. The front image of the phone reveals
that it has a waterdrop notch on the display. The notch houses a 16-megapixel
selfie camera. A fingerprint scanner is embedded under the display of the
phone.
The Huawei Nova 8 SE has a squarish camera
system on the rear. An LED flash can be seen at the center of the quad-camera
setup. The Honor HJC-AN00 / TN00 has a
larger rectangle-shaped camera module. The LED flash unit can be seen below the
quad-camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel main shooter, an 8-megapixel
lens, and a pair of 2-megapixel auxiliary cameras.
The Nova 8 SE was introduced in Dimensity
720 and Dimensity 800U CPU variants. The Honor HJC-AN00 / TN00 is said to be
powered by the Dimensity 800U SoC. The handset has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256
GB of internal storage. It lacks a microSD card slot. The phone comes loaded
with Android 10 OS.
The Honor HJC-AN00 / TN00 has a 3,800mAh
battery with 66W rapid charging support. The final product name of the device
is not known yet. It will be debuting soon in China in colors like Magic Night
Black, Iceland Fantasy, Titanium Silver, and Emerald Blue.
