ASUS has announced refreshes to their premium Zenbook and mid-tier VivoBook lineups, bringing Intel’s 11th Gen Core CPUs and accompanying Intel Iris Xe graphics. All of these laptops, namely the VivoBook Ultra 14/15, VivoBook Ultra K15, and the ZenBook 14, come with ultra-slim designs, better cooling solutions, faster RAM, and of course, ASUS’s Nano-Edge displays.
The new ZenBook 14 (UX425) features the
latest 11th Gen Intel Core processors in an ultra-thin chassis that measures in
at less than 14mm and weighs 1.13Kg. The new Intel Iris Xe graphics give it a
massive improvement in GPU performance and is configured with PCIe 3.0 x2 SSDs
and WiFi 6.
The 14-inch Full HD IPS LED panel moves on
ASUS’s classic Ergo-lift hinge and the bezels are narrow, the sides measuring
just 2.5mm. It features two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports a standard HDMI 2.0 port,
a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, and a microSD card reader. Battery life is claimed
at 21 hours with the 67Wh cell and it supports fast charging.
Coming to the VivoBook series, ASUS offers
the VivoBook Ultra 14/15 and Vivobook Ultra K15 with up to Intel Core i7-1165G7
processor, which can turbo up to 4.7Ghz. Along with this, it can be configured
with an NVIDIA MX330 GPU, up to 8GB of RAM, PCI-e SSDs and up to a 1TB SATA
HDD.
They feature HDMI 1.4 port, two USB 2.0 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type- A and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, and all the laptops come with support for WiFi 6. The Vivobook Ultra 14/15 comes in three colour options — Bespoke Black, Dreamy White, and Cobalt Blue, while the Vivobook Ultra K15 comes in Indie Black, Transparent Silver, and Hearty Gold color options.
The ZenBook 14 starts at Rs. 82,990, the
VivoBook Ultra K15 (K513) starts at Rs. 42,990, the VivoBook Ultra 15 (X513)
starts at Rs. 43,990, the VivoBook Ultra 14 (X413) starts at Rs. 59,990, they
will be available in both online and offline retail stores.
