Samsung is gearing up for the launch of its Galaxy A02s – an entry-level Android smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy A02s with model number SM-A025G is there on GeekBench listings. The phone got 756 points in single-core testing and 3934 points in multi-core testing. A few days back the phone was spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification with model number SM-A025F, as you can see “F” at last that indicates that there will be two variants of the phone.
GeekBench listing also gives us
information about the key specifications of the Galaxy A02s. According to the
listing, Galaxy A02s runs on Android 10 and pairs 3GB of RAM. The chipset details
are not present in the listing. But if we analyze the source code image posted
by MySmartPrice, the phone is powered by an Adreno 506 GPU. According to the
GPU, we assume that Galaxy A02s could come with an octa-core Qualcomm
Snapdragon 450 SoC.
According to the previous leaks and
reports, Galaxy A02s could feature a 5.7-inch HD+ waterdrop notch display. It is reportedly
featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC and Adreno 506 GPU. The phone pairs 3GB
RAM and the information about the storage is yet unknown. According to the
appearance of Galaxy A02s on various certifications, we assume that there will
be different storage variants.
The phone will pack a dual-camera setup at
the back with a 13MP primary camera and 2MP depth sensor. On the front side,
there is an 8MP selfies camera present inside the waterdrop notch. Galaxy A02s
will have a 3500 mAh battery and it will run on Samsung One UI 2.5 based on
Android 10 out of the box. In connectivity options, the phone packs
GSM/WCDMA/FDD-LTE, WLAN 802.11 b/g/n, WiFi-Direct, and Bluetooth V 4.2.
However, all the other specs are still unknown. It will be the rebranded
version of the Galaxy A02.
Samsung has not shared any official
information regarding smartphones. So, we suggest you take it as a grain of
salt in the ocean as nothing is confirmed yet. We have to wait for the official
confirmation from the company’s side.
