Just Tuesday, we got to learn most of the
Realme 7i’s basic specs thanks to a leak of its spec sheet. Then yesterday, we
saw renders of the Reame 7i that revealed the phone in its full glory. Today
the phone was listed on the GeekBench website running the Snapdragon 662
chipset, along with 8GB of RAM and running Android 10.
The Realme 7 and 7 Pro were announced last
week in India, but the 7i is yet to be announced. The 7i is already confirmed
to be arriving on September 17 as teased by Realme Indonesia. The GeekBench
listing corroborates the previously leaked slide containing the Realme 7i’s
main specs – the same Snapdragon 662 and 8GB of RAM appeared in the listing,
along with Android version 10.
Other specs as per the leaked slide
include 128GB of storage, a 6.5-inch 90Hz HD+ display with punch hole 16MP
camera, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W
charging. The main quad-camera setup consists of an 8MP camera (presumably
ultra wide), 64MP main camera, and dual 2MP cameras, each presumed to be for
macro and a depth sensor.
The launch event will take place in a
livestream that kicks off on September 17 through all popular social media
channels.
