Huawei today shared that the MatePad T Series is coming to the Philippines soon. The exact versions of the MatePad T tablets weren't specified, but we speculate that it is the T10 and T10s. Huawei added that the tablets come with an immersive 10.1-inch screen with FHD+ resolution, 80 percent screen-to-body ratio and Harman Kardon engineered speakers.
The one with 10.1-inch FHD+ display that
Huawei is talking about is probably the T10s. Huawei MatePad T10s sports a
10.1-inch FHD 1920 x 1200 resolution screen with 224 ppi, 14nm Kirin 710A
octa-core chip, 3GB RAM, 64Gb expandable storage up to 512GB via microSD slot,
5,100mAh battery with USB-C 10W charging, 5MP f/2.2 main cam, 2MP f/2.4 front cam,
WiFi 802.11ac, optional 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS w/ A-GPS. The tab
measures at 240.2 x 159 x 7.85 mm and weighs 450 grams.
Meanwhile, the Huawei MatePad T10 is the
entry level version with a 9.7-inch IPS screen with 1280 x 720 resolution,
Kirin 710A SoC, Mali-G51 GPU, 2GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage up to 512GB via
microSD slot, 5,100mAh battery with USB-C charging, 5MP f/2.2 main cam, 2MP
f/2.4 selfie cam, stereo speakers, WiFi, optional 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, and
GPS w/ A-GPS. It measures at 240.2 x 159 x 7.85 mm and weighs 450 grams.
The two run withAndroid 10 OS with EMUI
10.1 skin, Huawei Mobile Services, and AppGallery. There's no info yet
regarding their official local price tags.
