Four months following the release of the
Mi 10 Youth Edition (Mi 10 Lite Zoom), Xiaomi released a special variant of the
said device that comes in a complete Doraemon set. To recall, the Mi 10 Youth
Edition is known for its periscope lens that can perform up to 50x digital
zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, and 5x optical zoom.
In a nutshell, this device sports a
massive Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protected 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a
waterdrop notch, HDR10+ support, and 180Hz touch response rate. You can find
the In-Display fingerprint scanner on the bottom part of its screen.
This Xiaomi smartphone has a 5G capable
Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor, Adreno 620 GPU, 6GB/8GB of LPDDR4X RAM,
64GB/128GB/256GB UFS 2.1 storage. This is powered up by a 4,160mAh battery and
they also equipped it with a 22.5W fast charger.
For cameras, the Mi 10 Youth Edition
highlights a quad-camera set-up at the back panel. This consists of a 48MP
f/1.79 main camera, 8MP f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide camera, an 8MP 5x optical
zoom periscope camera with 50x digital zoom, and a 2MP macro camera. Xiaomi
noted that it can capture 4K videos at 30 fps. Meanwhile, the selfie camera has
a 16MP sensor and it is hidden on the notch of the screen.
This smartphone is also built with
features: liquid cooling system, In-display fingerprint scanner, P2i
nano-coating splash-proof, 3.5mm headphone jack, IR blaster, USB Type-C port,
Hi-Res audio, and 5G connectivity. There are no details yet if the Chinese tech
giant will release this special edition globally. We will keep you posted regarding
