Lenovo recently announced the entry of
five new notebook PCs under the Yoga series. The Chinese tech giant has also
unveiled a new headphone under the Yoga lineup. The Lenovo Yoga ANC headphone
comes with active noise cancellation. The headset is billed to go on sale in
October this year and is priced at US$ 149.99.
The new Yoga ANC headphones adopt a
similar design with the previous version but with improved functions. The
headphones come in black, unlike its predecessor which was available in white
only. It is quite light, weighing in at 214 g.
The headset uses hybrid digital active
noise reduction technology, supports two levels of ANC noise reduction and can
provide noise cancellation performance of up to -30dB. The headset can provide
up to 14 hours of playback time but we can say how long it will last with
active noise cancellation turned on. It can be fully charged in just 3 hours
using the USB-C which it features.
This Lenovo Yoga headphones use a 40mm
titanium driver unit, 32-ohm impedance, a frequency response range of
20Hz-20kHz, and a dynamic range of up to 110dB. It also supports Bluetooth 5.0
connection, and the Bluetooth codec supports SBC, AAC, aptX, aptXLL, HP1.7,
mSBC. Surprisingly, this headset also has a built-in sound card and supports
USB connection.
