Lenovo A7

Lenovo Mobile Philippines today launched its newest smartphone in town—the Lenovo A7. First announced mid-April of 2020, the Lenovo A7 is a budget smartphone powered with a UNISOC SoC inside.

Similar to most budget smartphones, the handset comes with plastic material at the back and frame. It is available in Black and Dark Blue colorways. You will also see an upper-center-aligned fingerprint reader behind. In the front, the phone uses a 6.5-inch LCD (IPS) display with HD+ resolution and a dewdrop notch housing the 5MP selfie camera.

Under the hood, it is powered by the 1.6GHz 28nm HPC+ UNISOC SC9863A octa-core processor using Cortex-A55 cores. The chip is paired with a PowerVR GE8322 GPU. The handset is also assisted by 2GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage, and a 4,000mAh battery.

For cameras, it sports a 13MP + 2MP dual-cam at the back with an LED flash. Lenovo also highlights that the phone has dual 4G LTE support and AI capabilities. It still runs with the aging Android 9.0 Pie OS out of the box though.
