Lava Pulse



Lava has launched its Pulse feature phone, which it claims to be the first ever phone in the world to have a heart rate & blood pressure sensor. You have to simply place their fingertip on the ‘pulse scanner’ and it will display the Blood Pressure and Heart rate immediately on the screen. You can also save the data on the phones for future reference and share with others through messages.

Lava says that Pulse’s sensor readings have accuracy similar to present electronic Heart rate and Blood pressure measuring digital devices, and the recommendation are as per ACC/AHA however, it says that it is not a substitute to a medical device.
