Hisense is expanding its portfolio with
the addition of a new category of products- gaming monitors. The Chinese
manufacturer announced its Hardcore gaming monitor series at the International
Display Expo.
The Hardcore Gaming Monitor was on display
at the expo and is said to be the official monitor of the third Counter-Strike:
GO national competition. The monitor has a 2K resolution, a 240HZ refresh rate,
and a 1ms response time. It also has a curvature of 1000R.
Hisense is yet to reveal a full spec sheet
including pricing and availability of the Harcore Gaming Monitor line. Alongside
the monitor, Hisense also announced a new model of its Social TV which has a
325° panoramic pan-tilt camera with audio and object tracking. Its 100-inch
cinema-grade laser TV, the Hisense 100L9, was also on display in addition to
the industry’s first 8K laser TV.
