Looking at the technical specifications of the Redmi AirDots 2, this device supports pick up and connect feature. This allows the headset to automatically connect as soon as the user picks it up. Furthermore, it comes with a 7.2mm sound unit and DSP digital noise reduction. It also supports Xiao Ai, a double-tap to wake up the voice assistant. This feature is mostly active only in Chinese.
