Oppo Reno4

While Oppo already unveiled its Reno4 series in China last month, the maker is set to introduce two more versions for the global markets soon. There’s still no exact date for the announcement but now we have certifications from TUV Rheinland as well as the Wi-Fi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG which confirm the nearing launch of the Reno4 series.

The vanilla model sports the CPH2089 model number while the Pro version is seen as CPH2091. The listings confirm both phones will come with dual-mode Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity and will run on ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10. According to speculations, the Reno4 will be close to identical with the Chinese version while the Pro variant’s display is expected to get a refresh rate bump from 90 to 120Hz.

The Reno4 series is powered by the Snapdragon 765G chipset with up to 12GB RAM and comes with 4,000 mAh batteries. They feature triple cameras with 48MP main shooters and 32MP selfie cameras. Both come with AMOLED panels with the vanilla version packing a 6.43-inch display and a pill-shaped cutout while the Pro variant comes with a 6.55-inch panel and offers a single punch hole cutout.
