Honor V40 series

Yesterday, we reported that the Huawei Mate 40 series may feature a different chipset, most probably one of MediaTek’s processors, in markets outside China. Today, a leaker has revealed what may be the spec sheet of the Honor V40 series and it shows the lineup will be powered by the Dimensity 1000+ processor.

Shared on Weibo by @Really Assen, the Honor V40 series will not feature Kirin chipsets but MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000+ processor. He also states that the Honor V40 Pro+ may be the first of the series that will be announced.

All three phones have the same processor and should offer the same performance, there are still some significant differences. The Pro versions will have curved AMOLED displays with two holes for their dual selfie cameras.

All three phones will also have a high refresh rate but that of the Honor V40 Pro+ will be higher. The spec sheet also shows that all three phones will support wireless charging which is pretty nice. As a reminder, these specifications are speculations, so we advise you to take them with a grain of salt.
